Quand il fait froid dehors, et qu’un besoin de couleurs se fait ressentir, je ne vois qu’une seule solution: forcer le printemps à revenir !

Le problème c’est qu’en hiver, robe légère à imprimé fleuri rime avec rhume quasiment garanti.

Pour m’éviter donc une surconsommation de mouchoirs, j’opte pour la solution collants - cuissardes.

Un bon compromis non ? En tout cas cela m’évitera de me retrouver clouée au lit !

When the temperature outside is cold, and colours are generally lacking, there is only one solution: make spring come back!

One problem with winter is that wearing a flower-print sundress almost guarantees catching a cold.

In order to avoid becoming a slave to the handkerchief, I am opting for a tights and thigh-high boots combination.

I think it’s a good compromise, don’t you? In any case, it should save me from having to spend a week in bed!

Les robes de mes cinq ans ainsi que les rideaux de ma grand mère, c’était les deux gros clichés que j’avais sur le velours.

Jusqu’à ce qu’un beau jour, je vois ce défilé Chloé automne hiver . Là d’un seul coup, tout à changé.

Je me suis donc lancée frénétiquement à la recherche d’un pantalon dans cette matière, et sans y parvenir, j’ai alors opté pour cette combi  asymétrique.

Il faut dire que je deviens une vraie mordue des combis.

L’avantage c’est qu’avec, on est habillé en deux temps trois mouvement.

Un look prêt en 1 minutes top chrono, le temps d’enfiler et de ceinturer, sans oublier de chausser les sandales cages, avec un ruban … en velours. Tiens tiens !

It used to be that when I thought of velvet, I thought of the dress I wore on my fifth birthday, and my grandmother’s curtains.

But then, I saw the fall 2009 Chloé show. All of a sudden, everything changed.

I immediately set out on a quest for a pair of velvet trousers. When I couldn’t find them, I opted for this asymmetrical jumpsuit.

It seems that I’ve become quite the one-piece fan.

The great thing about it is that getting dressed takes no time at all.

If I were to set a timer, this look would take one minute, tops: all I have to do is put on the jumpsuit, tie the belt, slip on a pair of cage sandals, add a velvet bow, and I’m ready to go!
