Je suis toujours dans mon déni des saisons.

Porter un grand gilet avec des sandales, c’est quand même un peu le comble me direz vous !

Mais je n’y peux rien, je les aime ces nouvelles petites chaussures, et ça me fait tant de peine de ne pas pouvoir les sortir pour l’instant.

Je les ai trouvé grâce à Éloïse, qui tient avec ses amies un super vide dressing: Penderie de Luxe.

Avec robes à fleurs, shorts ou mini jupes, les idées ne me manquent pas pour porter ces nouvelles recrues. Mais pour cela il faudra attendre que le soleil veuille bien montrer le bout de son nez, bien entendu.

I’m still in seasonal denial.

For instance, you probably agree that wearing a big wool sweater with a pair of open-toed wedges is a bit over the top!

But I can’t help it. I love these new shoes, and it would just make me too sad to not be able to wear them right now.

I got them through Eloïse, who runs the wonderful online shop, Penderie de Luxe, along with her friends.

Flowered dresses, shorts, or mini skirts, the items I could pair these new recruits with are endless. Even though I’ll have to wait for the sun to come back before I can explore them all.

Quand il fait froid dehors, et qu’un besoin de couleurs se fait ressentir, je ne vois qu’une seule solution: forcer le printemps à revenir !

Le problème c’est qu’en hiver, robe légère à imprimé fleuri rime avec rhume quasiment garanti.

Pour m’éviter donc une surconsommation de mouchoirs, j’opte pour la solution collants - cuissardes.

Un bon compromis non ? En tout cas cela m’évitera de me retrouver clouée au lit !

When the temperature outside is cold, and colours are generally lacking, there is only one solution: make spring come back!

One problem with winter is that wearing a flower-print sundress almost guarantees catching a cold.

In order to avoid becoming a slave to the handkerchief, I am opting for a tights and thigh-high boots combination.

I think it’s a good compromise, don’t you? In any case, it should save me from having to spend a week in bed!
